Terms

1. A & A Automotive Valets will carry out a Vehicle Inspection prior to commencement of work. This is not only to protect us but to protect you the customer as well. If a customer is not available for this inspection we will try to get the customer to give us authority to work on the vehicle over the phone, A & A Automotive Valets will not be responsible for any damage after completion of work if an inspection sheet has not been completed prior to commencement of work.

2. A & A Automotive Valets will not be responsible for any paint flaking that occurs whilst cleaning your car. This normally happens when a car has been re-sprayed whether you know it or not. This sometimes occurs when the body shop/car repairer has not followed correct procedures for preparing the cars body/plastics.

3. A & A Automotive Valets will not be responsible for long term wheel damage. This normally happens when the customer or previous car wash personnel have cleaned the wheels with an acid based material.
A & A Automotive Valets only use acid free wheel cleaner which causes no damage to the customers wheels or the environment.

4. A & A Automotive Valets Require 24 Hours notice for a cancellation. If this is not adhered to or we turn up to your agreed venue to carry out the work and you have forgotten we will have to charge a cancellation fee. This cost will vary depending on where we have traveled to.

5. A & A Automotive Valets offer superb workmanship, however our great British weather does sometimes cause a problem. If we arrive at the agreed destination and the weather is poor then we will arrange another convenient time for the customer to get their vehicle cleaned. This will be at No extra cost to the customer.

6. A & A Automotive Valets employees will never move a customers vehicle unless prior authority is received by the customer either by telephone or face to face. We will then move the vehicle to the agreed location to make it safer to clean the vehicle.

7. A & A Automotive Valets will never work on a vehicle in a dangerous position. If we feel the vehicle is in a dangerous/obstructive position we will ask the customer to move the vehicle to a more appropriate position. If the customer refuses then A & A Automotive Valets will refuse to work on the vehicle. This policy is to protect us from injury and to conform with health & safety procedures.
