Do i need to book an appointment?
Yes, We get really busy at times, To avoid any disappointment, Please ring us to book an appointment in advance.

What happens if i can't make the appointment time?
Please let us know within 24 hrs where possible, We can then book another appointment with you.

What happens if it is raining?
We are unable to polish paintwork nor can we undertake any interior valeting in the wet unless you can provide cover, If this is the case, We will let you know on the day.

What cleaning products do you use?
We only use the autoglym & meguiars valeting products, This gives the best finishing result for your vehicle.

Vehicle accessibility?
We do need to be next to your vehicle where possible & to have room to work safely.

Engine cleaning?
please note if you the customer give us the permission to do an engine clean on your vehicle then we cannot take any responsibility for any damage that may be caused, this is because new engines have much more electric components than they used to have, all manufacturers do test there engines against water effects and we have never had a problem cleaning engines on old and new cars but have to advise our customers for their best interests.

Do you need water or electricity?
No, We are fully equipped with our own water & electricity.

Pet Hairs?
If there is an extreme amount of pet hairs inside a vehicle, There will be an additional charge due to the extra time it takes to remove them.
